Meet our
staff
Everybody needs a mission--a reason for
being. Our mission is to strategically undertake
commercial development and community
revitalization projects through public-private
partnerships w ith the city, county, state and
federal governments, as well as with private
investors, local corporations and foundations, which will re-energize the business
environment of the Burleigh Street Business
District.
Our
first project was the demolition of Petroff's
Bowling Alley located on 54th and Burleigh
Streets and building a new edifice on the
site--the Community Enterprise Center, a
multi-use facility that is home to several new
franchise and home-grown businesses.
More recently, we have created projects such as
Vision Sherman Park and Burleigh Means Business.
We have also been involved in the successful
effort to make Burleigh Street one of
Milwaukee's four Main Street commercial
districts. Our "The Mosaic on Burleigh," the tag name for our Burleigh
Street Business District, has many projects
on the drawing board for 2006 and even 2007.

projects here.
